Overview

OTExam Pro ("the App") is an iOS application designed to help occupational therapy students prepare for the Taiwan national licensing examination. The App is developed and operated by an independent developer. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.

1. Data Collected and Stored

1.1 Data Stored on Your Device (Local Only)

The following data is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and is never transmitted to us:

• Study records — exam results, answer history, accuracy rates, time spent
• Learning progress — daily streaks, challenge level, high scores
• Weak point analysis — subject performance statistics computed locally
• App preferences — daily study goal, notification settings, display language
• Question mastery data — which questions you have answered and how many times

This data is stored locally and is removed when you uninstall the App. It is not backed up to any cloud service by the App.

1.2 Data Synced from Our Server (Read-Only)

When you use the App, it downloads the question bank from our Supabase cloud database. This is a one-way download only — no personal information is uploaded to our server during this process. The data downloaded includes:

• Exam questions, answer options, and correct answers
• Subject categories and difficulty levels
• Question bank version information
